• International orders will not be accepted or processed.

• Orders are processed strictly after full payment confirmation.

• Processing time is typically 1-2 business days, but may take longer depending on stock, high order volumes, or any unforeseen situations.

• Delays during festivals, courier issues, strikes, or natural calamities are beyond our control.

3️⃣ Delivery Time

• Standard delivery estimate: 3-7 working days (after dispatch).

• Delivery timelines are NOT guaranteed.

• No compensation or refund will be provided for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

4️⃣ Shipping Charges

• A flat ₹50 shipping fee applies to all orders.

• Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE once the order has been dispatched.

5️⃣ Customer Responsibility

• Customers are fully responsible for providing complete, accurate shipping addresses and contact numbers at checkout.

• We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address or phone number.

6️⃣ Failed Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners will make limited delivery attempts.

• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, the order will be marked as undeliverable and NO REFUND will be issued.

7️⃣ Damage During Transit

• If the package arrives visibly damaged:

• Take clear photographs immediately upon delivery.

• Report to us within 24 hours with photos.

• Failure to report within 24 hours voids any eligibility for replacement or refund.

• Damage claims will be reviewed and final decision rests solely with TulsiVedic.

• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been dispatched.

9️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Repeated COD order refusals or cancellations will result in blacklisting from future purchases.

• We reserve the right to refuse COD service to any customer.
