Terms of service

About us. Tulsivedic sells a herbal cosmetic scalp oil made in small batches in Moga, Punjab, India. All prices on our store are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Orders. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If a pricing or stock error occurs, we will contact you before charging or shipping and you may cancel for a full refund. You may cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund by emailing info@tulsivedic.com.

Refunds. Every purchase is covered by the 30-Day Ritual Guarantee (see our Refund Policy): a full, no-questions refund within 30 days of delivery.

Product. Our oil is a cosmetic product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we do not promise hair regrowth. Patch-test before first use; if you are pregnant, nursing, or under dermatological care, consult your doctor first.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Indian consumer protection law.
